  1. What ACP has to do with the election? It is a part of cpc recommendations which have already been declared. Benefit for PSU can be declared afetr election notification but no ACP? Down with election commission for it's high-handedness. Somebody should file PIL against CEC.

  2. I cannot understand why this ACP is link with General Public it is related to C G Employees only. And Government has already accepted this. This is only formal declaration with some clarification.

It is unfortunate to note that Election Commission is needlessily wasting its time. No PIL will help because, before its hearing election will be over. Hope God will save Election Commission.

  4. I entirely agree with what has been stated above by an annonymous person above. The Cenral Govt. employees have been waiting so long for these orders and now the Election commission has come in the way. It should have realised that much bigger issue than this i.e.PSU'S pay revision has already been cleared during this period and compared to it ACP is a very very small subject as it does affect the public at large.

  5. The government of india has already accepeted the sixth central pay commission recommenedations during aug-08. now what is necessity in inteference of Election commission in granting ACP to the CG employees. The election commission of india may please be considered smpatically for grant ACP to the CG employees since so many employees are waiting for the ACP orders.

  6. Now election is over and code of model conduct has been vanished, isn't it a rumour that ACP orders are blocked by election commission

  7. Now the election is over and even result has come with clear mandate for UPA. Is ACP orders were kept pending due to election ?????????. If so, the order of ACP should come today or within 2-3 days. But in my point of view it was a delaying tactics - the govt. will not issue the order of ACP before August, 2009

  10. ACP is an interim relif for those who have not vacancy for the next promotion. Sixth Pay commission recommended the ACP after eight years to those who directly enrolled as Havildar to Indian Army. But why it is not consider in the case of those who directly remustred as direct Havildars (for eg : in Army Personal Assistant Categories). They have to wait for 15 to 18 years for next promotion; then why it has not been sanctioned for them also. What they did wrong with Pay commission. So please do for this category also as soon as possible.
